Rothko my golden? HMRothko’s tank is super dark and due for some major plant maintenance. Gotta propagate the Rotala and the bacopa and hornwort and get rid of that other plant because it’s dumb. The good light won’t reach his tank since it’s screwed into the desk.
Zuko’s fins are growing back, I’ll take a picture in a few days of the progress :D
I gotta say the blue DS betta Sokka is stunning..now I wanna get my hands on one like him!

Endler update :) So I ordered myself another batch of fish from AdrianHD…this time these awesome little Flame Tail strains. Definitely my favorite pure strain thus far. I sold a bunch more of Black Bar and “Red Chest” types and still had to do more culls because one of my tanks totally exploded with fry. But I’ve gotten some nice little surprises out of that tank. My favorite is this dark bodied Black Bar guy. I am seeing a few younger ones that might be coloring like him. Hope I get more!

Kind of started a fruit series..trying to get the focused look vs. out of focus without a blend tool/fuzzy brushes, not to mention working with a freakin mouse..definitely takes some extra time & patience..really enjoying working on these, though!
Time for a mouse update…
so um. I ended up putting my 3 poorly tamed mice up for adoption..aside from the incompatibility between them and Penelope, I just didn’t have the time & patience to try to tame them better…hoping they will go to someone who will.
I named boy mouse Koji. He is a sweet yet hyperactive brat that likes to climb on the screen cover of his cage (and other..antics I will try to upload sometime.) I am hoping there is someway I can get him a buddy without having fighting issues.
Penelope doesn’t squeak incessantly with Corvina as a cagemate. Thank god for that..hoping I can introduce more mice eventually without issue. Probably will have to be young.
ok, I love these. For some reason my once stoner boyfriend doesn’t find these amusing and clever like I do, sigh. *update* ok, he laughed when I showed him these ones :p
I think if we want to take care of the next generation of girls we should reassure them that power, strength and character are more important than beauty and always will be, and that even if they aren’t thin and pretty, they are still worthy of respect. That feeling is the birthright of men everywhere. It’s about time we claimed it for ourselves.
